Every change of substance is logged here with a date, a link to the affected page, and a plain description of what changed and why.
How we handle changes
Corrections fix a factual error. Clarifications sharpen wording without changing meaning. Updates add materially new information. Typos and formatting fixes are not logged. Substantive changes carry a dated note on the affected article itself.
